Sailor Fuku Cosplay Tutorial by ~SparklePipsi

An amazing tutorial on how to make your very own Sailor Senshi/Fuku Cosplay! Had a hard time finding really descriptive youtube tutorials surprisingly. So had to find step by step images! 

If you still need to visually see how to make a pleaded skirt here’s a youtube link to How To Cosplay: Make A Pleated Skirt! Though she doesn’t use actually cloth in the tutorial she uses paper - I think it’s pretty useful.

Also in the giveaway is a antique mirror that I made, a simple flower cabochon ring and a flower Headband that I’ve customised.

As of writing this, there is no official Sailor Moon 2013 art yet. The illustration above was drawn June 2012 by a random pixiv artist, and if you’re Precure fan, you can easily tell that it’s a Smile Precure Parody of Usagi Tsukino. I hope a lot of people get to see this post so they don’t go around believing a parody fanart illustration is an official artwork.
